Main Facility

The Main Facility hosts all programs listed on our schedule, including IK Tots, IK Kids, Recreational Gymnastics, Trampoline Recreational, Trampoline Team, AAU Team, and Camps. All private lessons take place at this location, and here our front desk staff is available to answer questions in person.

Training Facility

The Training Facility is home to our Boys Team, Xcel Team, and traditional USAG Developmental Program. Due to space limitations, this location does not have a front desk or in-person information available and operates as a drop-off and pick-up facility only.

3:00 pm - 8:30 pm

When classes are scheduled earlier, staff will open the doors accordingly.

7:30 am - 5:00 pm

Sunday

Closed - Private lessons only
