Refund Policy

All tuition, fees, and payments made to IK Gymnastics are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing. This includes, but is not limited to, class tuition, camp fees, team fees, private lessons, and registration fees.

Missed classes, absences, schedule conflicts, weather-related closures, illness, injury, or withdrawal from a program do not qualify for refunds or credits unless otherwise specified by IK Gymnastics. Make-up opportunities, when offered, are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and program policies.

IK Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel or modify classes, camps, or programs due to enrollment levels, staffing, safety considerations, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation initiated by IK Gymnastics, families will be notified and appropriate account adjustments will be determined at IK Gymnastics’ discretion.

Registration fees are non-refundable and are required to secure enrollment. By enrolling in any IK Gymnastics program, families acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
