Recreational Trampoline Gymnastics
Our program focuses on developing air awareness, coordination, and safe movement through structured, non-competitive training. Athletes build strong fundamentals that support both future trampoline training and overall athletic development.

What to Expect
Our Recreational Trampoline program provides structured, non-competitive trampoline training focused on body control, air awareness, coordination, and safe skill progression. Classes emphasize proper technique, spatial awareness, and controlled movement, helping athletes develop confidence while learning how to move safely and efficiently in the air.

When taken in conjunction with recreational gymnastics classes, trampoline training can play an important role in preparing athletes for future participation on either the Trampoline Team or the Artistic Gymnastics Teams. For many athletes, recreational trampoline also serves as a powerful tool for building strength, coordination, controlled landings, and aerial awareness, all of which are skills that transfer across gymnastics disciplines and many other sports such as diving and cheer. While our goal in this class is to develop strong athletes for our trampoline athletes, we are equally proud when these skills support long-term success beyond trampoline.
